What Is Agricultural Drone Spraying?

We Are A Fully Licensed and Insured Drone Spraying Service

Drone spraying uses GPS-guided drones to apply:

Pesticides

Herbicides

Fungicides

Fertilizers

Cover Crop Seed

Precision Agriculture

Using AI, our drones’ spray passes are within inches of each other.

Reduced Chemical Use

More efficient droplet placement.

No Crop Damage

Unlike traditional methods, drones apply an even, consistent spray pattern with no crop damage or overspray.

Access Difficult Areas

Perfect for wet fields, steep terrain, thick vegetation, and cover crop spraying for hunters.

Faster Turnaround

A drone can spray acres quickly with minimal setup.

More Info

DJI Agras T100 Drone Spray System
The DJI Agras T100 is a high-capacity agricultural drone built for large-scale field work. It is designed for spraying, spreading, and lifting, with a 100 L spray tanka 150 L spreading tank, and a lifting capacity of up to 100 kg. For spraying work, it supports 2 standard nozzles or an optional 4-nozzle setup, giving operators flexibility based on crop type, canopy, and application goals.

Precision & Guidance System
The T100 uses RTK-enabled positioning for high-accuracy flight, with hovering accuracy of about ±10 cm in both horizontal and vertical directions when RTK is enabled. It also includes LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, quad-vision/penta-vision safety systems, and FPV camera support to help maintain stable, intelligent flight and safer obstacle avoidance in the field.

Power & Field Operation Support
The drone uses the DB2160 Intelligent Flight Battery with 41,000 mAh capacity and can be paired with the D14000iE multifunctional inverter generator, which can recharge the battery from 30% to 95% in about 8–9 minutes. That matters in the field because it helps reduce downtime and keeps work moving during tight spray windows.

Spray Capacity & Coverage
The T100 carries a 100 L spray tank with an operating spray payload of 100 kg. Its spray system delivers up to 30 L/min with the standard 2-nozzle setup and up to 40 L/min with the optional 4-nozzle setup. Effective spray width is listed at 5–13 meters, and droplet size ranges from 50–500 microns, allowing adjustment for different crops, conditions, and application needs.

Speed, Size & Operating Range
DJI says the T100 can reach a maximum operation speed of 20 m/s. The aircraft has a max configurable flight radius of 2 km and a 2330 mm diagonal wheelbase. Foldable dimensions help with transport, while the fully unfolded size is 3220 × 3224 × 975 mmMaximum wind resistance is listed as under 6 m/s, and the operating temperature is 0°C to 40°C.

Application Hardware
The spray tank is made of HDPE, and the T100 uses impeller pumps with magnetic drive. It runs 62-inch carbon-fiber composite propellers, with 8 pairs in total. The standard and optional nozzle models are listed as LX07550SX and LX09550SX, with nozzle spacing of 1834 mm.

Fast Coverage for Big Acres
For growers, one of the biggest advantages is capacity. A 100 L tank, up to 40 L/min flow rate, and a wide 5–13 m spray swath can help cover acres faster and reduce refill frequency compared with smaller ag drones. DJI also states the T100 was designed for large-scale commercial growers and describes it as offering significantly improved efficiency for high-volume work.

Precision Application
The T100 offers adjustable droplet size, RTK-level positioning, and automated flight support, helping a spray operator deliver more consistent coverage and reduce misses, overlaps, and waste. For farmers, that translates into better potential for targeted application and more consistent treatment across rows, field blocks, or variable terrain.

Safety, Terrain Handling & Reliability
The system includes LiDAR, radar, and multi-directional vision sensing, with DJI listing an obstacle detection range of up to 60 m, a safe obstacle-avoidance speed of up to 13.8 m/s, and a safe braking distance of about 2.5 m after detection. Combined with rapid battery turnaround, this helps support safer and more efficient field operations, especially where terrain, trees, poles, or field edges are a concern.
